Private Chef for a family in the South of France. 14th July-17th August
We are currently seeking a Private Chef to join a family for approximately 5 weeks this summer in the South of France. The chef is required to cook breakfast, lunch and dinner every day to a high standard for a varying number of guests.
The chef will produce creative food from a variety of cuisines. Breakfast will be beautifully presented with a variety of options including fresh fruit, pancakes, and juices. Lunch will be Ottolenghi style, utilizing the BBQ. Dinner will be more formal, involving canapes followed by three courses. The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to occasional themed evenings such as Mexican or Asian cuisines.
The kitchen is well equipped and open planned; therefore, the client is seeking a friendly chef who is a pleasure to be around. There will be assistance to help with serving and clearing. Organisational skills are key as the villa is rural, meaning there will only be one food shop a week.
Please note- French speaking is a bonus, but not essential.
