Corporate Fees

Signature Staff charges a one-off fee to its corporate hospitality clients for placing candidates on a permanent basis.

Signature Staff pay all temporary corporate hospitality candidates through our own pay roll and charge corporate hospitality clients weekly.

At Signature Staff we continually review our fee structure to ensure we remain competitive in the corporate hospitality recruitment marketplace.


Corporate Hospitality Placements

For permanent placements, Signature Staff charge a one-off fee equivalent to a % of the candidate’s gross annual salary, payable by the client at the commencement of employment.

Signature Staff offer a rebate policy in the unlikely event a placement does not work out.


Corporate Hospitality Placements

For a temporary placement, Signature Staff charge their clients on an hourly basis. This fee includes the cost of the candidate and the agency fee.

Signature Staff runs a candidate payroll system which covers the candidate’s wages, income tax, national Insurance, pension and holiday pay (under the Working Timing Regulations).

Signature Staff acts in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act (1973) and Agency Worker Regulations (2010).
