Private Chef for a Lovely Family in Portugal. 20th July to 3rd August.

We are currently looking for a friendly Private Chef to cook for a lovely family for two weeks from Saturday 20th July to Saturday 3rd August. 

The role will involve cooking for 8 adults; there will also be 4 children and a baby, however they will not eat with the adults. You will be required to cook seasonal, light, and healthy meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Dinner will be two-courses each night, alternating between starters and puddings. The chef will be required to use locally sourced ingredients from the markets nearby.  All courses should be well-presented, high-end food but nothing too formal or extravagant.

The house is in an amazing location, right on the beach, with a well-equipped kitchen. The household will also have a cleaner who will help clear up lunch and wash up, so once lunch is served and cleared you will be free to take a break or go to the beach in the late afternoon. Both shopping and menu planning will be required, therefore driving will be needed to go to the local markets and shops. You will be provided with accommodation in a separate flat with a swimming pool, very close to the main villa.

The client is ideally looking for a chef who has a partner/freind that is willing to join them and help with general errands, setting the table and clearing up.
