Our client is looking for a candidate who can cook for her and husband five days a week producing nutritionally focused meals with lots of variety.
The couple and their 7-month year old baby live in a large penthouse flat in Kensington. They currently have two rota nannies who care for their baby in all areas (including cooking) as well as two cleaners who work in the property twice a week. Because they live in a flat, the couple are keen to not to overcrowd their home with staff, so they are on the hunt for an individual who has exceptional private chef experience (ideally with a background in nutrition) as well as happy to lend a hand to household organisation such as packing/unpacking for the client, tidying rooms, giving direction to the cleaners etc.
The female principal in particular is extremely health conscious and eats a low gluten, dairy and no sugar diet. She does have a nutritionist who will be able to provide instruction on meal plans, so the chef needs to be able to execute such meal plans to a very high level. The couple really enjoy Mediterranean style food, using a variety of legumes and vegetables cooked in innovative ways on a daily basis.
Both of the couple work full time and are very high powered business individuals. Whilst the male principal works in his external offices, the female principal has a home office so tends to work from home for the most part, therefore, the candidate needs to be comfortable having her around.
Finally, the role is Monday – Friday with the approx. hours being 8am – 7pm each day.
