Nanny/PA - Notting Hill, London - ASAP

This busy family is looking for an organised and proactive nanny/PA for their three children ages 15, 13 & 10

• Working Hours: 12pm–8pm or 1pm–9pm, Monday–Friday during term time, with flexibility; increased hours during holidays
• Salary: £55,000–£70,000 gross per annum

Overview

All three children attend day school in London and have busy afternoons with activities, homework and sports clubs. The children are generally independent but may need prompting to do homework and to keep their rooms and belongings organised. The successful candidate will take ownership of the children’s schedules, activities, homework and general organisation, ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The family travel frequently within Europe & the US and would like you to accompany them on their trips. Travel hours will require flexibility. 

This is a combined Nanny/PA position, with responsibility for overseeing everything relating to the children and some household administration. Both parents work, so the role requires someone highly organised, proactive and capable of working independently.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Overseeing the children’s daily schedules and activities
• Managing school collections and transport arrangements
• Overseeing homework and school-related responsibilities
• Organising and coordinating activities
• Taking ownership of all child-related administration
• Supporting with household PA duties
• Helping with the family dog when required
• Travelling with the family as needed

Key Criteria

• Experience with teenagers
• Highly organised, proactive and responsible
• Confident managing older children and busy schedules
• Driver preferred, although a family driver is available
• Spanish speaking would be a major advantage
• Flexible and happy to provide additional cover when required
• Comfortable around medium/large friendly dogs
