We are looking for an experienced private chef to cater for the dates surrounding two family weddings in May and June. The role will primarily involve preparing breakfast and lunch each day, as well as a 3-course meal in the evenings for 6-12 people. On the 29th June, lunch will be an informal buffet or barbeque for 25 people.
Both the client’s son’s and daughter’s weddings will be held at the family home, it will therefore be a busy house to cook in. The client is looking for a flexible chef to cater for the family, as well as a varying number of guests who will be assisting with the wedding preparations, some of whom may have dietary requirements.
The chef will be responsible for menu planning and shopping, as well as serving and clearing away. On the day of each wedding (24th May and 28th June), minimal cooking will be necessary. Driving is required for food shopping, and accommodation can be arranged if necessary.
