We are looking for a private chef who is highly experienced in cooking for strict dietary requirements. The family would like someone who is able to cook everything from scratch, substituting ingredients for healthier alternatives whilst being highly conscious of food hygiene.
The family would like someone with particular knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine who is enthusiastic about cooking delicious and healthy family meals. The chef must be confident in catering to vegan, gluten-free, lectin-free, sugar-free, dairy-free, gut sensitive and low-calorie diets.
The family are extremely private, they are therefore looking for a very discreet chef who will respect their privacy. The chef will be responsible for all shopping and menu planning, accommodation is provided.
