A Live-In Housekeeper/Nanny is required for a family in Oxfordshire with three young children. 90% of the role is housekeeping, with 10% childcare such as school/nursery readiness and occasional pick-ups and meal prep support.

Overview
The ideal candidate will be working closely with the family’s Nanny, following a shared schedule and providing flexible, reliable support. The position suits someone gentle, kind, and team-oriented with strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to changing needs within a busy household.
The family travels during the summer and at Christmas, during which time the Housekeeper ensures the home is kept running smoothly.
A driving licence is essential, with a car provided for on-duty and off-duty use. There is a separate 2-bedroom accommodation with private garden. The family are scheduled to move to another area of Oxfordshire towards the end of next year, where you will be provided with annex attached to the main house.
Duties included but not limited to:
- General housekeeping duties: laundry, ironing and maintaining order throughout the house
- Light family cooking and setting up simple meals
- Supporting morning routines and childcare as needed
- Occasional school/boarding pick-ups
- Maintaining home when family are travelling
- Flexibility for babysitting and occasional weekend support from time to time.
