Our client is in search of an exceptionally seasoned Traditional Household Butler to preside over the daily operations and ensure the seamless running of their high end residence in Dubai.

- Salary: 25,000 AED per month (tax free Dubai contract)
Overview:
This is a traditional, formal household who typically reside at the property for half of the year. The ideal candidate will exhibit impeccable presentation and composure in overseeing both staff and the management of this high-end home.
While the Principals are away, you will operate with a high degree of independence and discretion. During periods when the family are in residence, the position will require a more demanding pace, including extended hours, evenings and weekends as necessary.
You will oversee the housekeeping team and collaborate closely with the Principal, Head of Operations, Chefs and other head teams (including security etc) to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Principal’s and their family’s daily life. The family enjoy hosting, so a deep understanding of and the ability to organise high end formal events and dinners within the home is essential.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Preparing the residence ahead of the family’s arrival
- Receiving guests in formal and welcoming manner
- Overseeing the housekeeping teams to ensure the highest possible standards are kept
- Dealing with enquiries, identifying maintenance issues
- Managing budgets and household inventories
- Coordinating with other Heads of Departments with household and family security measures
- Caring for china and silver ware
- Valet duties such as clothing care and shoe shining
