A lovely family based in Oxfordshire are looking for a Part-time Housekeeper/Nanny to assist with the smooth running of their home.

- Working Hours: Monday-Friday, 12:00pm-7:00pm, plus one evening of babysitting per week
- Salary: £21–£25 gross per hour
Overview
The family have four children, between the ages of 4 and 11 and live in a four-bedroom farmhouse with three bathrooms and two dogs.
The role will primarily focus on housekeeping, particularly laundry and organisation, alongside assisting with the children’s afternoon routines, specifically assisting Mum with the school picks ups.
The family are looking for someone warm, trustworthy and unphased by a busy household, who is keen to commit to a long-term position.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Maintaining the home to a high standard, including cleaning and changing bed linens
- Managing family laundry, washing and ironing
- Tidying and organising the children’s bedrooms, playroom and household cupboards
- Cleaning the fridge and silverware
- Assisting with meal preparation and batch cooking
- Receiving grocery deliveries and putting shopping away
- Assisting with school pick-ups
- Helping prepare the children’s tea and occasionally assisting with bath time
- Packing sports bags and keeping children’s belongings organised
- Providing occasional babysitting and caring for the youngest child independently when required

Key Criteria
- Previous Private Household experience in a similar position
- Excellent laundry skills and a strong eye for detail
- Warm, patient and trustworthy, with the ability to remain calm in a busy family home
- Organised, proactive and able to work autonomously
- Full, valid driving licence
