Private Chef for 2 Shoot Weekends near Chelmsford, Essex. 6th – 8th November and 27th – 29th November.

We are currently seeking an experienced chef to cook for approximately 10-16 people over 2 weekends in November.

For each weekend, the chef would be required to prepare a delicious, plated 2-3 course dinner on the Friday evening. On the Saturday, they would like a cooked breakfast, followed by elevenses, such as soup and sausage rolls. The chef will prepare a traditional shoot lunch, followed by tea, before a beautifully presented 2-3 course plated dinner. On Sunday morning, they would like a substantial breakfast, for example, eggs benedict or kedgeree before the guests leave.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced and flexible chef who is confident cooking for large groups. Household staff will assist with laying the tables and clearing away. The chef will be responsible for all menu planning and food shopping, liaising with the client. There are excellent local butchers, fishmongers, and vegetable suppliers, should the chef wish to use them.

Accommodation can be provided if required, driving is preferred.
