We are currently seeking a lovely private chef to cook for a large group of mixed ages in Scotland.
Day-to-day, the chef will be required prepare a delicious breakfast for 18 people, followed by a simple family-style supper. There is 1 guest who is celiac, the chef must therefore be confident adapting menus accordingly.
The group will prepare their own sandwiches for lunch before heading out for the day. There will be two nights when supper will not be required, as they take a picnic out. The guests will all help with loading and unloading dishwashers, laying tables etc.
The ideal candidate will be a friendly, easy-going chef who is happy to muck-in where required.
The chef will be responsible for all menu planning and food shopping, liaising with the client. Driving is essential, accommodation is provided in a separate bedroom and bathroom.
