We are currently seeking a lovely Private Chef to cook for 12-14 people for a fishing holiday on the River Brora, Scotland.
Day-to-day the chef will be responsible for preparing a cooked breakfast, followed by a simple but delicious picnic lunch by the river, as well as a two-course supper. The family enjoy traditional but flavourful meals, including roasted or slow cooked meats and Ottolenghi style vegetables.
The client is looking for a friendly, easy-going chef who is happy to muck-in, with experience cooking for groups. You must also be happy around dogs.
The chef will be responsible for all menu planning and food shopping. Driving is essential, accommodation is provided.
