Overview
The family is looking for a proactive, experienced nanny to look after their babies. Mum will be on maternity leave until Spring 2027, so you’ll work on a mix of sole and shared charge until then.
The ideal nanny will have experience working with twins and have the knowledge of how milestones are reached, the possible gaps in development due to the age gap.
Mum is keen to learn and grow in confidence so would like someone who can offer suggestions, friendly guidance, and reassurance.
As the babies grow, they would like help with weaning, sourcing classes and activities, and adjusting routines.
They currently have a night nanny who has been with then since early May. She has introduced an early routine, and helping Mum & Dad adjust to life with two small babies.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Adjusting and maintaining routines
- Nursery duties including laundry, sterilising, and keeping the nursery stocked
- Age and developmentally appropriate activities
- Occasional travel with the family
