Our client is seeking a professional and proactive live-in Housekeeper to take sole responsibility for the upkeep and organisation of their family home.

• Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 gross per annum

Overview

The property has recently been refurbished and is the family’s main residence.

The candidate will be organised, discreet and able to work independently while maintaining exceptionally high standards throughout the home. Although this is primarily a housekeeping role, occasional support with the family’s three young children may be required, including babysitting, assisting with school runs and simple meal preparation.

Duties include but are not limited to

• Full housekeeping duties throughout the property
• Laundry, ironing and wardrobe management
• Care of bed linen, table linen and delicate fabrics
• Kitchen organisation and stock rotation
• Assisting with table setting for family meals and entertaining
• Managing household supplies and ensuring the home remains fully stocked
• Occasional childcare support, including babysitting and school pick-ups/drop-offs
• Preparing simple meals for the children when required
• Occasional travel with the family within Europe

Key Criteria

• Minimum three years’ experience working as a Housekeeper within a private household
• C2 level English
• Flexible for occasional babysitting and travel
