A family is looking for a maternity nanny to care for 8 month old baby girl.

Overview:
A warm and attentive family is seeking a highly experienced and nurturing baby nanny to provide dedicated, round-the-clock care for their infant. This is a live-in role for a professional who specializes in early childhood development, with a strong focus on sleep training, weaning, and milestone tracking.
The family have had a maternity nurse who has implemented a gentle routine. You will be required to maintain and tweak this as the baby gets older.
The family also have a 2.5 year old who has a team of rota nannies. You will be required to work with the rota nanny on occasions.
For the first 1-2 months you will be required to share a room with the baby. After this you will have your own room and a monitor for overnight care.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Establishing and maintaining healthy sleep routines and sleep training
- Supporting and guiding weaning, including meal planning and preparation
- Monitoring and encouraging developmental milestones
- Creating a calm, structured, and nurturing daily routine
- Planning age-appropriate activities to support growth and learning
- Planning and taking child to classes, play dates, outings
- Maintaining detailed records of feeding, sleep, and development
- Ensuring the baby’s environment is clean, safe, and organized
- Working closely with parents to align on routines and care approaches
