A young family with two school aged girls (5 & 7) are looking for a proactive Housekeeper/Nanny to join their household.

- Working hours: 30 hours per week, Monday – Friday, core hours 1pm-6pm
- Salary: £32,000 – £39,000 gross per annum
Overview:
We are seeking a housekeeper/nanny to assist with the smooth running of the household. Duties will include traditional housekeeping, such as cleaning, laundry and maintaining a tidy and organised home to be taken on whilst the children are in school.
You will also be responsible for school runs, (a short walk from the house), taking the children to playdates and afterschool activities as well as ensuring the children sit down to do their homework. Mum works from home so will occasionally help with school runs and will generally oversee the children’s homework.
Mum often travels for work and may work late hours from time to time, so the ideal person will be able to provide some flexibility to assist with occasional babysitting. The family travel during the school holidays, but will not need you to accompany them.
Duties included but not limited too:
- Traditional housekeeping duties such as, mopping, dusting, vacuuming throughout the house.
- Laundry, bed linens, ensuring the children’s wardrobes are organised.
- Assisting with school pickups when needed.
- Meal prep for the evening meal.
- Ensuring smooth and consistent evening routines, making sure homework is completed.
Key criteria:
- Proactive and meticulous
- Able to manage own schedule and to work without direction.
- Proven experience in a similar private household.
