A highly experienced House Manager is required for a private residence in Doha.

• Salary: QAR 30,000 – QAR 35,000 per month + Housing Allowance

Overview

An exceptional House Manager is required to oversee the daily operations of a private residence and associated properties in Doha. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the household and delivering the highest standards of service, privacy, and presentation.

The successful candidate will be leading a large team, maintaining standards, and ensuring a seamless and well-managed environment.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Leading, managing, and motivating the household team
• Recruiting, training, and supervising household staff as well as conducting daily staff briefings
• Maintaining household protocols, privacy, and security standards and overseeing all aspects of property presentation and maintenance
• Managing preventative maintenance schedules and household repairs
• Supervising contractors and external service providers
• Managing household budgets, accounts, and expense reporting
• Overseeing procurement and household purchasing and regular inventory checks and stock control
• Liaising closely with the principals and senior advisors
• Ensuring compliance with all health, fire, and safety procedures

Key Criteria

• Experience in a senior management role within a private household environment
• Arabic would be a bonus but not a requirement
• Driving licence required
