Live In Nanny - High Street Kensington - ASAP

This family is looking for a live in nanny to look after their 6 year old son and 4 year old daughter.

Overview

The children both have busy schedules with lots of extra curricular activities, so you’ll be responsible for managing their calendar to make sure the afternoons run smoothly. 

They are bright children, so they’d like someone who can encourage them to be independent and oversee development. The older child can be quite stubborn, so needs someone who can stand their ground with him whilst making sure he understands why he’s being asked to do something. 

School holidays are spent travelling, with Christmas and Easter in Dubai, the Summer in California, and half terms around Europe. You’ll be responsible for organising the children’s belongings, packing for them, and putting together an itinerary for each location. 

When abroad, they you would like the nanny to organise educational activities in order to keep learning going when they are not at school. Therefore, someone with an educational background would be advantageous. 

Accommodation consists of a bedroom & shared bathroom in London, bedroom & ensuite in California, and hotel room (sometimes shared with the children) everywhere else. 

When in London, they are happy for the nanny to go home from Friday evening to Sunday evening. When travelling, working hours will general stay the same, but may require flexibility. Weekend work would be appreciated, but is optional (overtime will be paid).

It is a staffed household in London, with a chef, housekeeper and weekend nanny. 

They would be open to a live out candidate, however the working hours will stay the same.
