This lovely family is looking for a fun and engaging nanny to look after their two little boys ages 2 months old & 2 years old.

- Working Hours: 6:30/7am – 6:30-7pm Monday – Friday (with flexibility for weekend working every 3rd weekend)
- Salary: 500,000 NOK -700,000 NOK gross per annum (Norwegian contract)
Overview
The oldest child is in nursery from 8am to 3/4pm, 5 days a week, and the youngest will join him when he turns 1 in the autumn. Mum’s maternity leave will also end around this time.
They are looking for someone who can create fun and engaging activities for the children that will help their English language development.
The morning routine is very busy making sure the children are up and ready for the day and getting the oldest ready for nursery.
Mum and Dad like to be hands on when they can be, so it’ll be a mix of sole and shared charge.
Dad’s work means that he needs to work once every 3 weekends, so they would like the nanny to be flexible to help out on these weekends, either during the day or the evenings.
When both children are in nursery, they would be happy for the nanny to take a break in the day from 10am-2pm.
They have a cabin in the countryside and they like to spend the summer there. There may be some travel in Europe too.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Maintaining the children’s routines
- Planning activities and sourcing classes/playgroups
- Doing the nursery runs
- Meal prep
- Nursery duties
- Keeping the areas the children use neat and tidy
Benefits
- Self-contained flat attached to the main house but with separate entrance (from Spring 2025)
- Driving not essential but may be useful. A car will be provided for use when on duty
