This family is looking for an experienced and energetic Norland Nanny (or equivalent – must have training similar to Norland) for their four children (aged 1,3, 5 and 7)

Overview
The children are happy, healthy and in a good routine. It is a team effort regarding caring for the children, the nanny would not be expected to have all 4 children on their own. When the older children are at school/nursery, the nanny will spend the majority of their time with the youngest child.
Experience in a staffed household is beneficial. They should be highly organised, enjoy being outdoors, sporty and active and a team player.
Longevity is very important to the family – one of their nannies has been with them for 4 years and the other nanny has been with them for 1 year so far (since they started a rota system).
The nanny will be responsible for nursery duties.
A driver is required and the nanny will need to be happy to drive in Europe.
The nanny would need to be flexible over the summer period as the family will travel and both nannies may be required to work over this period.
The family has two old dogs but they won’t be your responsibility.
