A young family of five are on the hunt for an energetic nanny/housekeeper to join them in Kensington, London.
The housekeeper will be required to carry out all traditional housekeeping duties whilst the children are at school. This will include all cleaning, mopping, vacuuming, polishing and dusting of the home whilst keeping it tidy to a high standard. The candidate will need to carry out stock checks of the fridge and cleaning supplies and respond accordingly.
The housekeeper will also be expected to carry out all laundry care for the children, including ironing and making sure the children have their correct uniform and sports kit for the day ahead.
The role requires running errands, such as grocery shopping and visiting the dry cleaners, as well as dealing with contractors and signing parcels as both parents work full time.
When the children return from school, the housekeeper/nanny will be in charge of homework supervision and prepare family style dinners for the children.
The role offers different hours depending on whether it is term time or school holidays. During term time, the day starts at 11am and ends at 7pm, whilst during school holidays, the day starts at 8am and ends at 7pm. However, it is worth noting that the family travel during school holidays, which works out to be only 16 weeks out of the year. Therefore, the work week averages out to around 40 – 45 hours per week.

Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 gross per annum (DOE)
