J grew up in a family where childcare was prominent. Her parents were leaders of Cub and Beaver Scout groups, which she regularly helped to organise and run.
J is confident working with different age groups, from 8 months to 12 years old. She is brilliant with setting routines, managing busy schedules, providing educational support, cooking and baking.
J works well within a team, and by herself, using her own initiative, she is therefore suited to working in formal households. J has good management skills, and completes her tasks well ahead of time.
J is a sweet, loving and kind person. She is also organised, motivated and enthusiastic. In her spare time, J loves going for walks, playing tennis, swimming and hiking.
