E is lovely, very gentle and I have no doubt extremely hard working having worked for demanding clients as well as helping to run a luxury fashion business
E has worked for a gallery for the past 9 years which started out part time and developed into a full time role from 2020 onwards. Within this role she is expected to do all admin related duties consisting of filling out gallery license renewal, running errands, managing household staff documentation, bookkeeping, team support and assistance, logistical support in the gallery etc. Her principal is eccentric and can be challenging/demanding however, E enjoys working for them and over the years has come to understand how to ensure their needs are fulfilled at all times
The reason she is keen to move on from this position, is that she wants to expand her horizons in the Office Manager/PA world and get experience working in a different environment. Before this E helped a friend with her luxury fashion business and was responsible for the knitwear department orchestrating the creative and business sides whether this might be liaising with buyers (such as Selfridges), manufacturers and creative designers not to mention ensuring all of the admin for the business was in good shape and ticked along in the background.
We have confidence that she would be able to add value working in a calm yet urgent setting.
Finally, E is on a flexible contract, so her notice periods is minimal. She is also bilingual (speaks Russian).
