We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with 3-4 years of experience to support the Head Chefs and Sous Chefs in the day-to-day running of two kitchens. This is a great opportunity to gain experience working in two very different but joined up environments.
The successful candidate will be a positive individual who is keen to learn and engage with the wider industry. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills are essential, alongside being a strong team player. The client is looking for someone with a creative approach who is confident to lead evening functions and be responsible for Partners’ buffet lunches. You must therefore ensure compliance with all Food Safety monitoring and allergens.
