Night Nanny  – Battersea, London – ASAP x 6 months

A family is looking for a night nanny to care for a 1-week-old baby girl.

Highlights:

• Dates Required: ASAP x 6 months
• Working Hours: 9 pm – 9 am, 6 nights a week.
• Rates: £25 – £30 gross per hour
• Location: Battersea, London

Overview:

The baby is currently being fed a mixture of breast milk and formula feeds.

As first-time parents, Mum and Dad are looking for a warm, knowledgeable Maternity Nurse who can provide hands-on newborn care while also building their confidence as new parents. You should be happy to share practical guidance, tips and advice, help the parents learn how to care for their baby and establish a gentle, age-appropriate routine. When the baby gets to the 6-month stage, you will be required to help support the weaning process.

Travel may be required during this time.

While on duty, you will be in a separate bedroom with the baby.

The ideal candidate is to be kind, calm and relaxed.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Care of the baby
• Sterilising and preparing bottles 
• Providing respite and support
• Establishing and maintaining routines
• Teaching first-time parents

Key criteria:

• Extensive newborn experience
• Kind, calm and relaxed
