A family based in Central London is seeking an experienced, proactive and highly organised Rota Nanny / Children’s PA to join their staffed household.
Highlights
- Start: ASAP
- Location: Central London
- Working Hours: 24/7, 1 week on/off
- Salary: Competitive DOE
Overview
The family have two daughters (13 & 15) both attending a day school in Central London. The family also have a country home where they spend regular weekends and school holidays. Along with the two daughters, the family also has a lovely Labrador who is a key part of their life.
Both girls lead active and busy lives, enjoying a wide range of interests including drama, art, music and horse riding, with the latter being a sport that both girls are pursuing actively and regularly.
This role combines tailored care for the two girls with organisational and administrative support. It requires a candidate who can move seamlessly between hands-on care and the practical management of two busy teenagers’ lives.
The successful candidate will be calm, discreet, highly organised and exceptionally adaptable. They will be a trusted and capable presence within the household, able to anticipate the family’s needs, exercise sound judgement, and ensure that day-to-day life runs seamlessly. The ideal nanny will be confident supporting the girls as they navigate their teenage years, while also taking ownership of the practical and administrative aspects of the role.
The role is live-in, one week on and one week off, based primarily in London but with regular time at the family’s country home. The successful candidate will work closely with the other rota nanny and as well as the housekeepers who also work on a rota basis.
For candidates with an interest in developing their administrative expertise, there is also a unique opportunity to work alongside the family’s experienced Executive Assistants, gaining valuable exposure and developing skills in this area alongside the nanny role.
