H began her childcare career whilst studying at Norland. Along with her college placement positions, she worked during her holidays and evenings, gaining as much experience as possible.
Throughout her positions, H has worked with children from newborn to 14 years old in both private households and school settings. She has implemented routines, tracked development, proxy parented, as well as carrying out standard nursery duties.
Having worked in various childcare settings, H is used to busy environments. She is patient, a quick thinker and keeps calm under pressure.
H is an enthusiastic and passionate person who enjoys spending time outdoors and like to swim, play hockey and netball, and go sailing with her family.
