M began working as a nanny when she left school and took the opportunity to work abroad in the USA as an au pair. It sparked her love for childcare, one that has taken her all over the world.
Throughout her career, M has worked with children from newborn to 18 and is very experienced with all stages of development. She has been responsible for managing routines, sourcing age-appropriate activities, as well as standard nursery duties.
M is highly organised and proactive. She has managed other members of staff alongside organising the children’s schedules. She has worked in busy and ever-changing environments and can keep a level of calm and consistency.
M is a switched-on and well-presented person. In her free time, she enjoys travelling, reading, going to the beach and spending time with friends.
