A lovely family is seeking an experienced, professional and caring Retainer Maternity Nurse to support them with their new baby, due in January 2027.

Overview
The family have a maternity nurse booked from the middle of February 2027; however, as the baby is due in the middle of January, they would like someone to cover the time.
You will also be required to be on standby for the remaining time to cover any sickness or time off for the maternity nurse. The family also have children aged 11, 9, 5, and 2 who have their own team of nannies.
While on duty, you will be required to work on a 24-hour basis. You will share a room with the baby. In London, there will be a separate property which you will be able to use during your break time. In Athens, there will be a separate room in the family home away from the nursery where the you can rest.
You will be required to support the mother in putting sleeping and feeding (the baby will be bottle-fed) routines in place, as well as supporting development and being responsible for all nursery duties. The family are looking for someone who is happy to work with parents in creating a calm and enjoyable household, helping the children to build bonds with their new sibling at a very special time.
The family household is fully staffed. A driver is not essential. The family have a dog in Athens, but they don’t have any pets in their London home.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Supporting the parents with feeding and sleep routines
- Supporting developmental milestones
- Taking responsibility for all nursery duties
- Helping the older children build a bond with their new sibling
- Maintaining a clean, organised nursery environment
