Calling all domestic couples, we regularly represent private households seeking experienced domestic couples to manage and maintain high-standard residences. This is a generic job specification as many of our clients prefer their positions not to be publicly advertised. Duties and requirements will vary depending on each household, but the outline below reflects the most typical responsibilities.

- Working Hours: Full time, usually 2 days off a week (role dependent)
- Salary: Circa £70,000 to £80,000 gross per annum, depending on experience
Overview
These roles require a professional, discreet, and flexible couple who work well together and take pride in running a household smoothly. Positions are often confidential and tailored to individual client needs. Candidates must be discreet, professional, and trustworthy.
Duties included but not limited to
Housekeeper:
- Daily housekeeping and upkeep of the residence to a high standard
- Laundry, ironing, linen care, and wardrobe management
- Care of fine furnishings, antiques, and delicate surfaces
- Stock control and household organisation
- Occasional light cooking/food preparation/pet care (role dependent)
Houseman:
- General property and household maintenance
- Gardening and grounds upkeep (where applicable)
- Care of outdoor areas, terraces, and furniture
- Driving duties, errands, and vehicle care
- Occasional butler/silver service (role dependent)

Key Criteria:
- Proven experience working as a domestic couple in private households
- Clean driving licence required for at least one candidate
