We are currently seeking an experienced Private Chef to cook for a holiday in the South of France.
Day-to-day the chef will be responsible for preparing a delicious family-style lunch followed by a 3-course plated dinner. The client is open to a range of cuisines, however they would like lunch to focus around Ottolenghi style dishes and salads, using high-quality local ingredients.
The chef must be flexible cooking for changing numbers, as the guests will vary from 4-14 people. You must also be confident cooking in a relatively small kitchen, ensuring it is kept organised.
You will be responsible for all menu planning and food shopping. Driving is essential to get to nearby shops, a car will be provided. Accommodation is provided, which is separate from the main house.
