We are seeking a talented Private Chef to cook for a lovely family in their beautiful chalet in St Moritz during the winter season each year (December – April).
The chef will be responsible for preparing refined yet relaxed Italian style cuisine for the family and their guests. There is a strong emphasis on beautifully executed family-style dining, using the highest quality organic ingredients.
A clear understanding and experience of cooking Northern Italian style cuisine is essential, particularly fresh pastas and seasonal salads, with a particular focus on cooking with oils rather than butter or cream.
The chalet has a fully equipped professional kitchen and the chef will be responsible for all menu planning and sourcing of ingredients.
There may also be the opportunity to cook for the family on other occasions throughout the year, although this is not guaranteed.
