We are currently seeking a talented and creative chef to join a lovely household in Lisbon, Portugal. They all enjoy fresh, nutritious food, focusing on a variety of cuisines including Japanese, Mediterranean, Vietnamese, Turkish etc.
As the private chef, you will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner each day catering to the family’s preferences and dietary needs. You will also be required to prepare breakfast in advance of the following morning. You will have the freedom to design your own menus, incorporating a variety of flavours and cuisines to keep meals exciting and varied.
Additionally, you will be responsible for sourcing fresh, high quality ingredients from local markets and butchers.
The household has a dog, so the chef needs to be comfortable around pets. The ideal candidate will also be happy to travel with the family during school holidays.

- Days: Monday – Friday
- Hours: 9am – 6pm
- Live in/out: Live-out role
- Travel: they would like the chef to be open to travelling with the family during the easter and summer holidays
- Driver required: Yes, ideally – there will be a staff car that the chef can use
- Salary: approx. €50,000 gross DOE
