We are looking for an experienced Private Chef to accompany a family on their holiday in Aix – En – Provence, France, from the 5th to the 22nd August. The chef will be responsible for preparing lunch and dinner daily for the family and a varying number of guests.
The client prefers fresh, seasonal food from a variety of cuisines. Lunch will be light, buffet-style selections whilst dinner will be a more formal three-course meal each evening. The chef will be responsible for menu planning, liaising closely with the client.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, relaxed and able to adapt to changing numbers of guests. A housekeeper will be available to assist as needed. Accommodation will be provided in a private studio separate to the main house.
Please note – Driving is essential as the chef will be responsible for food shopping.
