This busy family is looking for a friendly, gentle and nurturing daily nanny to care for their 3 year old girl and 11 month old baby.

- Working Hours: 8 am to 7 pm Monday to Friday (with flexibility for working evenings and weekends if required)

- Location: Los Angeles, California with extensive international travel
Overview:
The nanny will be expected to have a good understanding and experience of working with children of a similar age, maintaining a good routine and adapting this as necessary. They should be a strong communicator and someone who respects boundaries knowing when to help and when to step back. The nanny will need to be very safety conscious and attentive to the children at all times.
The family live between Los Angeles as well as spending time at their country home which is 1.5 hours North of LA. Accommodation for the nanny consists of own bedroom and ensuite bathroom.
The family travels a great deal and so a nanny who enjoys travelling and has experience of travelling with families is essential. The parents also travel without the children and would leave you in proxy charge during their absence.
A driver is not essential, but if the nanny can drive, a car will be provided when working.
The family has a dog.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Arranging activities
- Routine maintenance
- All nursery duties including cooking, shopping and laundry / ironing etc for the children along with occasional household errands.
- School run
- Providing travel support
- Proxy Parenting when the parents travel

Key Criteria:
- Eligibility for a J1 visa (27 and under with a driving licence) or US working rights
- Experience caring for children of similar ages.
- Childcare degree (Norland or equivalent)
