A caring and patient travelling Companion/Housekeeper is required to support an elderly lady based in Belgravia.

- Working Hours: 7am to 8pm, 5 and a half days a week, with a midweek day off (2 hours break each day)
- Salary: £48,000+ gross per annum for live in, £55,000+ gross per annum for live out
Overview
Our client is seeking a caring travelling Companion/Housekeeper to provide housekeeping assistance during the week and companion/care assistance on the weekend to an elderly lady based in a 5-story home in Belgravia.
The ideal candidate will be gentle, patient, and proactive, with experience supporting individuals with restricted mobility, difficulty with walking, and the use of a walking frame.
The candidate will be working alongside an existing companion/housekeeper employed in the home. No cooking is required.
The role includes accompanying the client during international travel, primarily to Europe (Italy and Switzerland- up to 3 months at a time) throughout the year and therefore the ideal candidate will hold an EU passport.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Providing companionship and personal care support
- Assisting with mobility and daily routines
- Light housekeeping support during the week
- Assisting with the lady’s evening routine
- Accompanying the client during travel
- Administering medicine and prescriptions
- Occasional garden care, such as sweeping and removing the leaves
- Physically fit and strong to aid assistance up and down stairs

Key criteria:
- Similar experience working as a Companion/Housekeeper in a private household is essential
- Must be comfortable adhering to uniform requirements
