Experienced Butler Required in Dubai – ASAP Start

Our client in Dubai is seeking a meticulous and highly organised Butler to join their team. 

Highlights:

• Location: Dubai
• Working hours: 6 days a week, on call
• Salary: 40,000 – 50,000 AED per month (tax free Dubai contract)

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and impeccably presented Butler to join a prominent private household in Dubai. The role will support a dynamic young family, specifically working with the Male Principal to ensure seamless day to day operations.

This position combines traditional butlering with high level personal assistance and the ideal candidate will be able to confidently liaise across a well established household team, ensuring smooth communication between the chefs and the domestic staff, overseeing events, menus, staff schedules etc

The position involves accompanying the Principal and family on frequent trips, including extended summer and winter holidays, and business trips typically once or twice a month, with these travel periods generally not exceeding one week. 

Duties included but not limited to:

• Supervising housekeeping teams to maintain the highest standards thought the villa
• Addressing daily requests and effectively identifying any maintenance issues.
• Working closely with senior staff and security teams to support household and family protocols.
• Providing valet services, including garment care, packing and unpacking for trips.
• Overseeing all elements of the Principals travel arrangements, including coordination with private aviation teams, private yacht charters, hotels and hospitality partners.
• Organising itineraries and logistical details several days in advance while remaining flexible.
