This loving family is looking for a daily nanny for their 7 month old baby boy

Overview:
This is a shared-care role, where both parents are present and involved with the baby. The parents are looking for a nanny who has longevity in previous roles, who is active, hardworking, highly organised and a self-starter. The baby has an older sibling (age 2) who has their own rota nannies (the rota nanny will care for the baby overnight).
The baby currently has a maternity nurse and they will be leaving to hand over to the daily nanny. The baby is in a very good routine.
The parents are keen for the baby to be stimulated with age and stage appropriate activities and go to classes / activities as well as doing outdoor activities, go to the park etc. They would also want the nanny to provide a programme of developmental activities at home. Communication with both parents is very important and it is essential that the nanny has had experience working in shared care roles.
There is some travel in the role, destinations include USA and Europe.
This is a fully staffed household, but the nanny will have responsibility for normal nursery duties.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Arranging activities and classes
- Monitoring milestones
- Standard nursery duties

- A driver is not essential but would be a bonus. There are no pets.
