Overview
The family is looking for a proactive person who works collaboratively with Mum & Dad. You will take initiative in planning age appropriate activities, taking in to account developmental milestones, interests, etc.
There are lots of local activities for the children, but the parents are more than happy for you to plan trips further in to London to go to the museums, classes etc. They love an Montessori approach and would like the nanny to use this approach.
The little girl will be starting school in September, so you’ll be responsible for doing the morning & afternoon school runs.
Mum is planning on going back to work part time in the Autumn, so the role will be sole charge when both parents are at work, and shared charge when Mum is around.
They are looking for someone who is a strong communicator and a team player.
The little girl has some food allergies (no epi-pen) which are managed through her diet. Experience with allergies would be a bonus.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Sourcing & planning activities
- School runs
- Maintaining routines
- Monitoring milestones
- Nursery duties
