We are searching for a proactive, switched on part-time housekeeper to assist in a beautiful home in Chelsea, London.
The role is predominantly traditional housekeeping, however the candidate will be expected to help prepare dinner when necessary whilst being mindful of allergies.
Duties include:
- Cleaning the home, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming, wiping down surfaces
- Washing up, loading and unloading the dishwasher
- Laundry and ironing
- Changing bed linen and making beds
- Cooking dinner as necessary
- Running errands, such as dry cleaners, post office and the nursery run
- Removing furniture to clean hard to get to areas
- Watering the plants
The ideal candidate will be switched on and a strong communicator, working closely with the hands-on Female Principal to ensure tasks are not duplicated. The household is busy, therefore they are looking for someone who has a muck-in and can-do attitude.
The role is 30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, ideally worked in the afternoons.
The position comes with the opportunity to travel should the candidate be interested in joining the family for 1-2 weeks of their months holiday in the summer. If not, the client will provide projects/deep cleaning requests whilst they are away.

Rate: £22 – £25 gross per hour (depending on experience)
