An existing client of ours is seeking an experienced, discreet and highly professional Chief of Staff to oversee their portfolio of properties in Sweden and across Europe.

- Location: Stockholm, Sweden (with travel to other European properties)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday- flexibility required for extended hours, weekends, and travel
- Salary: Up to €200,000 gross per annum (DOE) (Paid in Swedish Krona with a Swedish contract)
Overview
Around 90% of the role will be based in Sweden, with additional responsibility for residences elsewhere. The position requires a hands-on, switched-on individual who can manage staff, budgets, and property operations while ensuring the highest standards at all times.
The ideal candidate will proactively anticipate the Principal’s needs and preferences, ensuring seamless household management and service. This role requires an experienced leader with exceptional skills in logistics, service excellence, and trusted discretion.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), household manuals, and quality controls.
- Staff management such as training, rotas, payroll
- New Staff recruitment ensuring no interruption of current service levels in a fully staffed house
- House maintenance, overseeing upkeep, managing contractors, repairs and renovations
- Budget management including creating and managing household budgets, paying bills, tracking expenses
- Event management, coordinating events/parties, ensuring properties are guest-ready
- Security and the monitoring and overseeing of all security measures
- Communication, liaising between client and external parties, handling special requests, item sourcing etc,
- Household operations, keeping on top of inventory, supplies, and stock management

- Prior experience in high-level estate/property management for HNW families, preferable experience in Scandinavia
- Ability to travel between properties as required
