Warm and friendly Housekeeper/Nanny wanted in a busy home of five based in West Sussex.
This is a traditional role where the candidate is required to carry out the below duties and responsibilities.
- General Housekeeping – deep cleaning bedrooms and bathrooms, vaccuming, mopping, dusting, wiping down surfaces and tidying
- Nanny duties – morning and nighttime routine, cooking breakfast and dinner for the children, occasional babysitting when required and keeping and eye on them when they get back from school
- Laundry, Ironing and changing bedding
The family owns a 6-month-old puppy so it is imperative that the Housekeeper/Nanny is happy around animals.
A typical day will start around 7:00 am to get the children ready for school. After the children have gone to school this is when the candidate will conduct housekeeping duties and have a break between 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm. The children get back from school around 3:00 pm and the Housekeeper/Nanny will be required to cook them supper and do the night time routine until the female principal is back from work.
The candidate will be required to work on a Saturday however they will be asked to start at 9:00 am. The accommodation offered is a separate annex with a separate entrance.
Finally, the ideal candidate will be flexible, experienced and child friendly. You must be able to drive.
