Live In Nanny/PA - Notting Hill, London - ASAP

This family is looking for a top notch Nanny/PA to join their family team and look after their 4 children ages 14-19.

• Working Hours: 12pm-9pm, Monday -Friday (with flexibility)
• Salary: £45,000-£48,000 gross per annum

Overview

You will have 5 years + experience working in a busy household as a Nanny/PA and have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

The family and children (4 kids aged between 14-19) have busy schedules, you will be working alongside 2 other family assistants to ensure smooth running of all their lives.

The family have many animals, so an animal lover is a plus!

The role will also require strict healthy vegetarian cooking for the kids.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Managing school portals and email inbox for all the children
• Manage and book all children’s appointments from routine check-up to hair salons etc
• Plan weekly menus and cook healthy vegetarian meals for the children
• Weekly food and household shops
• When the children are at school manage any contractors visits at the London residence e.g. Plumber and address any maintenance issues that may arise at the residence
• Planning weekend movements with the family PAs
• Christmas and Birthday planning and gifting for the children
• Occasional travel to the country house

Key criteria

• MUST drive automatic and manual cars
• 2 nights babysitting contracted per week
• Confident to sleep in the house without the parents when they are travelling for work and get the children up and out the door for school
• Be flexible to work weekends with time of lieu
• Must have the right to work in the UK with checkable references and DBS
