Night Nanny - Chelsea, London - 14/12/24 x 6 months

This family is looking for a night nanny to look after their 7 year old daughter and sons ages 10 months and 2 years old.

• Working Hours: 6:15 pm – 8:15 am 5 nights per week (Wednesday night and Saturday night off)
• Rate: £22-£23 gross per hour

Overview

The youngest will have had supper when you arrive so you’ll start to get him ready for bed whilst the other children are having supper with Mum & Dad. Either you or mum will then sit down with the daughter and do some homework whilst the other will get the middle boy ready for bed. 

The boys generally sleep well but may need resettling in the night (giving a dummy, etc.).

In the mornings, you’ll be responsible for getting the children up & dressed ready for family breakfast. The weekday nanny arrives at 8:15 so you’ll do a handover with her. Mum does the school run for the oldest. 

The weekend mornings are slightly more relaxed, so you have to be flexible in case you have to stay later. 

You will not be required to work school holidays (approx. 7 weeks). You will not be required on the 24 and 25 December and from the 28th December 2024 to 5th January 2025 when the family is away.  

You will have a bed in the youngest’s bedroom. 

Duties included but not limited to:

• Getting the children ready and settled for bed
• Starting the morning routine (dressed, breakfast, etc.)
• Settling the children in the night

Key criteria

• Experience with similar ages of children
• Previous Night Nanny experience
