Our client is looking for a full-time London-based Executive Assistant (largely remote) who will be successfully co-ordinating their daily lifestyle and business affairs.
The client is based in the US, but travels to their residence in London (Belgravia) regularly and is considering relocating to Monaco in the next 12 months. Due to the client travelling on a regular basis, the candidate will be expected to work remotely so clear and efficient communication is key.
The role will be split between 60/40 (Personal and Corporate) so it is paramount the candidate has prior experience working on this level for an individual.
Typical Personal duties will include but are not exclusive to:
- Agenda management, personal travel coordination
- Liaising with property management (including staff recruitment)
- Managing personal/family expenses – very important
- Personal administrative tasks (medical/personal appointments)
Typical Corporate duties will include but are not exclusive to:
- Coordinating meetings/events, travel arrangements, agenda management
- Liaising with the family office
- Expense management
- Booking appointments/reservations
- Preparing presentations / admin work
In order to apply for this position, the candidate must have a financial background and prior experience working in a similar role in a corporate setting.

Days/Hours: Monday to Friday with flexibility to work on weekends and, on occasion out of hours in the week
Salary: c.£100,000+ gross per annum (DOE)
Other: Largely Remote (with occasional travel)
