This busy family is looking for a flexible and switched on Nanny/PA to look after their three children ages 17, 15 & 8.

- Working hours: 1pm to 8pm, M-F (term time) & 50 hours per week in holidays
- Salary: £50,000-£55,000 gross per annum
Overview:
You will be responsible for overseeing the children’s schedules, driving them to activities and generally ensuring a smooth running household. You should be proactive and organised to handle the busy schedule of the household.
The parents often have to travel at short notice for work reasons, and require a nanny/PA who is able to be flexible to work additional hours at short notice, including taking on proxy parenting duties.
Duties included but not limited to:
- Oversee and create children’s schedules including book appointments, clubs etc.
- Helping with homework and organise tutoring
- Liaising with schools and ensuring all correspondence is dealt with
- Driving children to activities
- Online grocery shopping for the family and ordering cleaning products for the housekeeper
- Preparing snacks/packed lunches
- Wardrobe management e.g. buying school uniforms, organising their closet
- Some travel during school holidays
- Walking the dogs and some caring for other pets (2 cats) from time to time e.g. emptying litter tray, vet visits, feeding & administering medication
Key Criteria
- Driving licence essential
- Must live within easy commute distance of North London
- Experience working with children of similar ages
- Happy to work with animals
- This is a Jewish household, so the candidate must be respectful of the culture & traditions
