Live-Out Nanny/PA wanted in West London – Start ASAP

A gorgeous family of five are looking for a flexible but organised nanny/PA who would fit in to their busy household in London.

The client is keen for the candidate to be an extension of their family and work well alongside their current housekeeper.

Please see the required responsibilities below:

• Feeding, walking and giving medication to the two dogs
• Organising children’s school bags and school kit – day dependent
• Updating the family diaries with appointments, school commitments, travel, play dates, etc
• Working closely with the family’s EA to ensure diary entries match
• School pick up and drop off support, including taking the children to activities and other commitments
• Proxy-parenting when the parents are travelling
• Wardrobe management, including labelling items, reordering new uniform when necessary,
• Children’s laundry, ironing and dry cleaning
• Tidying their rooms and changing their bed linen
• Taking deliveries and dealing with tradesmen
• Cooking healthy, nutritious meals for the family and preparing packed lunches when necessary for the children

On occasion, the candidate may be required to travel with the family to their country residence and also be willing to stay overnight at their London property when necessary for security reasons.

The ideal applicant will prioritise clear communication with the principles and keep them informed of potential concerns as well as household maintenance needs.
