We are on the hunt for an enthusiastic PA/Administrator to further their career in the residential agency.
The Property Administrator / PA will be working primarily for the Director concentrating on the Private Client side of the business. The business has two offices and consists of a team of twelve covering all aspects of Residential Agency work.
Day to day duties include:
- General knowledge of the properties within the Client Portfolio
- Operating the Client Portfolio Databases
- Processing and inputting contractor invoices and assembling for approval
- Actioning calls requesting repairs obtaining approval internally and actioning as required
- Preparing Weekly Excel spreadsheet client work requests and update report
- Collating Client employee Time Sheets and submitting as required
- When colleagues unavailable dealing with phone calls, meeting requests and general calls and managing their Diaries
- Distribution of Monthly Client Statements and production of monthly fee invoices
- Maintenance of filing systems and archiving of files
- Improve electronic filing systems and ensure documentation is filed/copied as required
- Maintaining Insurance Renewal /Policy Info schedule and dealing with meters submission and bills with utility companies
The ideal candidate would be someone who is confident, flexible and works well under pressure.
