We are seeking a fabulous domestic couple with excellent communication and organisation skills to help with the seamless running of a stately home in Sussex.
The roles and responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and cooking basic meals for the family
- Light gardening – the client has full time gardeners so this will just involve light maintenance such as mowing the lawn, trimming the hedges etc.
- Driving various family members on a daily basis
- Washing, ironing and sorting all laundry for the household
- House sitting when required
- Dealing with contractors
- Weekly food shops and menu planning
- Traditional housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, polishing, making beds and deep cleaning
- Running errands for the family
- Stock checks
- Paying expenses and bills were necessary
Other staff are hired on the property to it is paramount that the couple work well in a team. The ideal candidate would be a couple who are friendly, have a can-do attitude and most of all trustworthy.

Children: 3 children aged 6, 7, and 16
Hours/days working: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per
Accommodation: 1 Bedroom self-contained flat in the garden
Driving: Yes
Salary: Approx. £80,000 – £90,000 gross per annum
